At Mancini, Bolanle brings her unique vision to the firm’s leadership team and thrives on building strong relationships between Finance and Management teams to ensure the overall financial success of projects and her firm. Her strategic approach to business applies to her passion for empowering women in similar positions. In founding SheBuildsWaves, Bolanle seeks to help women find fulfillment in their roles at various Architecture, Engineering and Construction firms – and beyond!
