Many of the women in my circle are doing incredible things both in the workplace, with their businesses and through advocacy within the industry.⁣

How I show support?⁣

⁣

- Show up and promote their speaking engagements, events and new business ideas.⁣

- Share their accomplishments via social media, email & word of mouth.⁣

- Invest monetarily in their ideas & products.⁣

- Provide advice if solicited & respect the privacy of "safe spaces" when new ideas or next moves are spoken about.⁣

- Refer them when I am told of opportunities.⁣

- Keep their secrets. ⁣
